People are seeing a difference already

Our family went to a birthday party this evening. We pretty much knew everyone that was there as the little boy having the birthday goes to our church with his family. About 5 of the ladies that were there and see me usually at least 2x a week started discussing how they could see a difference already. It really made my night. I am on day 15 and have lost 14 lbs since surgery and about 7 pre-surgery. I don't feel like I have lost that much, considering how much I need to lose. I do see a miniscule difference in the way I look in the mirror, but I didn't think anyone else would notice. It was great.
