Insurance Denied

Hello- I am new to the board and need some help~ I found out today that my insurance denied me based on my psych eval- I have completed behavior modification as suggested by Dr. Maxwell and will include that info with my appeal. Has anyone else been denied for this reason? If so, were you able to get an approval once you completed the behavior modification? Thanks so much for your help

Change from Dr. Maxwell. You may have to pay out of pocket. My friend was denied 2 seperate times with her. He found another person in Tucson and was approved...Go figure. Sandy

I also had to change from Dr Maxwell. I used the local community health services, completed the Behavior Mod. My Surgery was June 9th Sally

Thanks for the help, I hope that since I have completed my behavior mod sessions, my insurance will approve once I submit my appeal. Otherwise, I will pay out of pocket again to have another pysch eval and keep fighting!
