Doctors accepting Mex. patients

I am hoping someone knows of a doctor who accepts Mexico's patients. I am in need of a repositioning my lab band because it may have slipped. Keep in mind that I am in need of surgery and not fills. I live in Arizona and need an Az. doctor.

In Tucson you can call Monte Schwartz. He will accept patients from Mex. He is a bariatric surgeon.
