Need some help!

HI Arizona, I need some advice on what cold medicines to take and which ones not to take, I know let it run its course, but what do you take to help with congestion that will not harm my pouch. I am 8 months out and doing great but have this awful cold... Help.. I need to know what you do to make it better... Thanks everyone Connie
