Hi, I have been referred to Dr. Juarez in Phoenix. My family doctor actually referred me last year in April but I just couldn't do it. It took me over a year to make the decision. I am going to the Psychologist in the morning and I've called and scheduled the seminar on June 6th. When I called I wanted to get the seminar on the 30th of this month but she told me he wasn't offering it at that time. It would've been a great date because I have a long drive. Can anyone tell me about how long it took to get an appointment / surgery date? I was wondering if there was anything I could do to make the process easier so that I can at least be somewhat prepared. Thanks K
