I got an email from Dr. Roller yesterday and he assured me that he does seperate the rest of the stomach from the pouch when he does the RNY.  He said the pouch is so small that it would be really hard to see on a CT scan especially if you don't know what you are looking for. 

The bad news is that I am struggling really hard with my eating.  The stress in my life is finally catching up with me and I have been grazing my way through the day.  Since I decided to go back to logging every bite I put in my mouth, all I can think about is food.  WHY???  It's not like I get hungry during the day.  This is crazy.  I have to regain control so I don't lose everything I have lost.  I will not let this monster get the better of me.  Today, I am going to work without any money so I won't be tempted to buy any cokes or nuts from the machine.  I have planned out my lunch and snack for the day and I vow to stick to it.  I'll let you know how it goes.  Oh yeah, and the exercise...  even after I saw how much I went over my goal for the day, I sat there on the couch and said I need to hook up the Wii and at least do some stepping while I watch tv for the exercise and sat there like the lazy lump that I've become and didn't do it anyway.  I'm confessing all.  Today my goal is to Wii for at least 30 minutes this evening.  I'll let you know how it goes...

You are so right.  It's crazy but I have been thinking of nothing but food for the past few days since I decided to start recording my food again.  I had 1600 calories yesterday.  That's horrible.  Today is another day.  I will do better.

 About the only other thing I can think of would be going somewhere, a mall or walmart store, to walk.  It wouldn't be cold and would get you out around other people.  Take care of yourself.

I've heard that getting one of those lights that simulate sun light helps a lot.  I've been thinking about checking into one for myself.  I'm just wondering if maybe you can just get a bulb and use a lamp you already have.
