I'm in such a hurry to get to my Wii  (which looks pretty much like my Wii persona), that I forgot to ask how you are feeling.  I know what you mean about the doctor.  I think that someone who hasn't been there doesn't understand our motivation not to get there again.

I don't know.  The one I like best is the first one.  It's called Wii Fit.  It's even cheaper now that the newer versions are out.  The Yoga on Wii Fit is more my speed too. (for clumsy people).  I also have the Wii My Fitness Coach.  It seems pretty good too,  I got it right around the time my gallbladder went south.  That's when I broke my routine and got lazy and nev er got back to it.  Val and I were just laughing about me sitting here avoiding my 30 min on the Wii I set a goal to do today lol.  I am getting to it right after I finish here.  Promise   This is going to be me in about 30 minutes,

Hey Sybul,
I looked at your food and #s and I understand wanting to eat all the time.  I blame mine on the weather, but find myself grazing sliced cucumbers and celery w/low fat peanut butter.  Maybe that will help, if you like those things.  My main question is how does your coffee have 11 g of carbs?  Or am I a ditz and think that mine is carb free??  That # looked a little high for plain black coffee, b/c I saw where you added your protein powder #'s below, thus I was confused!!

Hang in there, we can do this, I applaud your not taking money to work, I had to do that when I worked at the hospital all day, was always wanting a diet coke or some nuts, and found out the DC was killing me w/sodium and the nuts were getting me in fat.

Good job on posting even though it was higher than you wanted, you can do it.  I tell you this while I tell myself the same thing b/c mine is not so much my food as my getting off my butt to exercise.
Remember we love you, so keep coming back and screaming all you want!!!

I guess I need to find a program that does all that nut stuff.

I'm with you on not liking the thick rich tastes.  I did use Bariatric Advantage Strawberry.  I started mixing it as instructed with the magic bullet, but just couldn't handle it.  So, what I did is mix 1 scoop with 6 oz of skim milk.  That diluted the "shake" even more.  I used a shaker cup instead of the blender and found that it didn't get as thick.  Then, I strained it through a fine mesh strainer.  Took care of all the froth and any undissolved powder.

I have some Unjury samples I ordered but didn't use.  I'd be glad to give you.

I cannot stomach the bariatric advantage protein powder.  I dont like thick and rich tastes...  I'm looking for a protein powder that would be similar to crystal light or something of that nature..  Or something completely unflavored so I could add to broth or sugar free pudding.  Any suggestions??

Topic: RE: Arkansas Insurance Companies w/ Coverage
I had Aetna when I had my surgery. Sybul is right, it's up to the employer, not the insurance company, what procedures they are willing to pay for.

Have you called Health Advantage yet?

My husband worked for Starbuck's at the time of my surgery and they covered it with no problem. You only have to work 20 hrs a week to qualify for their insurance. But.....it's been three years and they may have changed their policies.

I'll post my day later, when I see how it all shakes out.

Ohhhhh, look at those fat ###!  Nuts have good fat, but too much of a good thing becomes a bad one.

So glad you talked to the doctor, it will put your mind at ease.

I have an ear infection and saw my PCP yesterday. It's official, I've gained 11 lbs since June. His response?  "You look great". AGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Now, your Wii.....I got one for Christmas, but I don't have the game you're talking about (walking). Which one is is?  I'm going to get the Wii fit plus this weekend, does it come with that?
