Wow, that's a long time to wait, but it will be worth it, believe me!

Yes, ghostly is a good word for our board lately. I'm really hoping we can get it moving along again. Facebook really hit us hard. People are able to keep in touch with everyone, where here it's just us WLS folks.
Me thinks they need US more!

Good morning Susan... I have been coming here to find noone posting also. There may be one post every now and then by Wendy or you, but it seems this board is ghostly at times.
This morning I am having coffee and around 8 am I will have a yogurt.
Dont know what after that tho.
I am still waiting on a surgery date, hoping I will get one soon, although I know it will be anywhere from April to June before I have surgery. As they have told me this much.
Have a wonderful day...

Yogurt, chewable acodoph, pill acodoph, anything and everything and nothing is working, I was so miserable last night Bill suggested I use some triple antibiotic and you know what, it gave me some external relief! lol, this weekend is my anniversary and I have crotch rot! WONDERFUL!

Gonna hold you to it GF!!

Are you eating yogurt with active cultures for the yeast infection? If you are, and it's not working, get yourself some acidophalis (sp?) at the health food store. It will help a LOT

I'm on antibiotic for a sinus/ear infection. Thanks for the reminder.

Ah Susan remember sugar alcohols, have not thought about that in awhile, but I swear by this post that I am going to start doing a protein shake a day and get back on my regular routine of my vitamins again!  I finish my antibiotics on Saturday, the yeast infection from them is killing me right now but I am going to get back on track!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I had my kidney stone a year ago today, I got married a year ago this weekend, I need to get back on track!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
