Grabbed my rope to help pull us along.
Today has sucked rotten eggs, as Im soooooo freaking sick. When you sleep the whole day, you dont have time to eat much, and Ive been really green.
Breakfast-2 Cups coffee w/splenda
Lunch-What was that??
Snack-1/2 mini pecan tart (was at f-i-l's house, nothing to eat)
Dinner-3 bites ham/cheese omelet and one bite hash browns.
Not nearly enough food, and bad choices on most of it, but today was just snatch and grab. I literally slept most of the day, didnt get to sleep till after 4 am, got up at 9 am, went to my in laws, took a shower, dried my hair and was back in bed by 11:30, didnt get up until 4:30. Came back home, changed clothes and went to eat w/DH, mom and sister. Thinking bout nyquil and bed. See you all tomorrow. Should be a better food day for sure.

I loved Curves. When I lived in Camden I was religious w/it, and that was pre WLS. It made me feel so much better, and I loved the other women and the conversation, and there was a station change every 45 seconds, so you didnt get bored w/the same machines.
I have to get back to the civic center, but Im having some issues w/laryngitis and coughing all the time, wasnt feeling bad until Thursday, and I feel like hammered poop. So its back on meds and calling the doc Monday.
I better get off of here, we have gotten 2 new fur babies in the last month, the newest one today, and the 2 new ones arent so sure of each other!!

Avast ye maties! Oh wait, that's a different boat....
I stayed exactly on my plan yesterday and even made it to 1400 cals. Lots of goodies still around the salon, some very tempting, too, but I held strong.
Still waking up, will get back and edit to include my plan in a little bit. Have a grand day crewmates!

cottage cheese w/ SF homemade applesauce
l- Lean cusine Baja Chicken Quesidilla
latte FF SF
d- homemade hamburger--92% lean, on lite bun, only ate half, Baxter got the rest
still about 200 calories short, so we'll see what happens.

My food today was awful. I'll do better tomorrow. I had 1/2 scrambled egg with grated cheese for breakfast. Lunch was 3 chicken nuggets, dinner was a taco roll-up and 1/2 cup of soup (mostly broth). Cheese & crackers for snack. Oh, and a half cup of sugar free vanilla ice cream.
Time to be thinking about putting this day to bed, and starting off on the other foot tomorrow.

Okay, well, that was almost two weeks ago. Today I finally decided to walk inside the building. Good news is the building is still standing. I am too. I might even go back tomorrow since it didn't kill me today. It's too bad that burning calories isn't as easy as taking them in. Seriously, I was proud of myself. I rode the bike for 20 minutes & did the stairs for 20 minutes. I like that this place has the recumbent exercisers. My feet, knees & hips just do not like all this weight on them. I'll start a water aerobics class on Monday morning. Then I'm meeting with a trainer on Tuesday afternoon. Gotta build up some of these muscles that have been relaxing for the past million years or so.
