Sorry I haven't commented on yesterday's thread. I worked late, had gotten up early, and was just too pooped to pop in. I'm sure you can all relate. Since my phone fiasco, I can't check e-mails during the day, so there's a lot of catching up to do once I make it home. We'll just have to go on auto pilot now and then until I'm up and running again.
My eating yesterday wasn't what I would have liked, not really off plan, just about 1/2 of what I took for lunch, so by the time I got home I was pretty hungry. I did get in over 120 oz of fluids, pretty darned good if I do say so!
Okay, so far, here's the plan for today:
latte
b- mini bagel w/ 2 slices thin bacon and ff cream cheese
latte
s- yogurt and pecans
l--cabbage soup
s- cottage cheese/ applesauce
d-- 1/2 stuffed chicken breast, brussel sprouts and sweet potato
s--????
Hope everyone's day is terrific!!

I'll bite (get it?):
Yes, TGIF all around, though for you it's probably more like Wednesday... sorry.
Breakfast:
English muffin, egg beater, cheese, bacon sandwich
Coffee with milk (long afterwards)
Lunch:
California Kitchen mini pizza (pretty tasty - a little greasy, but the crust was really good)
Three pieces of chocolate
Snack:
Fresh fruit salad
Dinner:
TBD, probably green salad with turkey or an egg
I'll likely eat a small sandwich and a piece of fruit before bed, too.
Tomorrow I'm supposed to go with Sam to some Aflac love-fest all day. I'm sure there will be lots of food and drink and pats on the back. I'm rolling my eyes, don't you know... pray for me.
(Really, I'm gonna try super hard to put on a happy face for the day.) Tonight I'm going to go out and run a couple miles. I need some fresh air and the treadmill is HARD to run on.
Jump on board and lets get this boat moving. I know you're out there, and I know you're eating. You can run, but you cannot hide!!!!
Yesterday was a great food day for me. I stayed right on plan and schedule. Let's see if I can string two days together!
latte
b- bkfst burrito
latte
s-- orange, pecans
l-- crustless calzone
s- cottage cheese/applesauce
d- left over cabbage soup, 1 slice beer bread
s--
That's the plan and I'm sticking to it! Hope you all have a good day
Susan
Since I'm over 50, yes, believe it or not....lol I don't need iron, so I take them all together.
