And it feels so good doesn't it? I just love the fact that I can cross my legs again.   :-)   I've slowed down (as expected I hear) but not stopped & getting close to goal. Can't wait! Good luck to you!

YEA!!  It is my "Friday"!  Love those 3 day weekends.  It is just beautiful today and I hope the rest of the week will be like this.  I want to find some flowers for my flower beds and pots.  For some reason, I am just dragging at work today.  Guess it is hold over from yesterday.

Today has been a very busy day at work.  An all day meeting plus I had to make a presentation.  I hate speaking in front of a group of people but all went well.  Just a lot of stress.

What a great light bulb moment!  It is the little things in life that really make our day!

I am glad to hear that someone else takes in strays!  We have 3 dogs that have found us and we love them like family.  I find it so hard to accept that people will just dump their dogs.  Their loss and our gain!

Have a great evening and enjoy you accomplishments.  You are doing great!

Just wanted to share something that happened to me the other day that just made my mouth drop.

First of all I have way too many dogs.  Six to be exact.  They show up and i feed.  Anyway thats another story entirely.  Having that many dogs we have to by food in bulk.  And every week I lug a 40 lb bag of food into the house.  We Monday I was doing my normal routine.  Went to the back of my Rav4 and slid the food onto my shoulder and was think.  Dang this is really heavy.  As I was walking up the stairs to the house a big old light bulb went off and I almost started crying right there.  I used to lugging around 4 of those on me all the time!  My surgery has not even been a year out but I can't imagine getting around with all that weight again.  I have been thinking about that every day since then.  Hopefully that memory will be a tool for me not to go back to my old ways.

Anyway just wanted to share.  Hope that this helps someone else out there.
