Hey guys, tis Monday again!!! Hope everyone had a great weekend. Was a hot one for sure!! We horse showed Saturday, w/both of us taking home 2nd place in our classes.
I have lots planned this week w/the main thing being that I am going to ride EACH evening. I realized Saturday I need much more experience in the arena, and I also plan to learn to ride an english saddle this week. (Saddle with no horn, just seat)
Lots of exercise planned along w/lots of fluids!!

Topic: Back from vacation
Happy Hot Monday to ya'll!
I'm back from vacation. We spent the week in a cabin in Branson. It was so nice. And the weather was great. One funny thing did happen. We were shopping in the outlet mall. My husband got so tired and I just kept on going. He finally just set down and told me to just go. He said he didn't know where I was getting all my energy from. Use to be the other way around.
Going up to my daughter's in Benton today. She is having gall bladder surgery tomorrow. I'll stay till Wednesday, then bring my grandaughter home with me to stay for the rest of the week. Then on Friday we are off to the boothill of Missouri to visit my grandmother again. We are celebrating her 90th birthday. She is in a nursing home in the latter stages of Alzheimers. But we are all going to go celebrate her birthday with a party. Then maybe things will slow down around here.
Missed you guys last week. Looks like it has been kinda slow on here. I sure wish I could have come to the meeting last Thursday. I've got to try and get to the August meeting.

Topic: Check out the new Obesity Help tickers
I got to exploring and discovered that Obesity Help has diet tickers too. They are on my oh page under the health tracker. Hope everyone had a good weekend. We spent the whole time outside in the heat trying to get some things done around the old homestead. Next weekend I plan on doing something in the cool. Have a great week everyone.

I would call Dr Bakers office and ask to talk with Christy, if she is busy have them transfer you and leave message with her. She was good about getting back with me, sometimes it was a few hours. It looks like you have everything in order. I did find in the process that paperwork did get lost in transfer---faxes, so make sure you make copies and document dates/names. Keep calling until you get information don't wait on them. Again, Christy was good about getting back with me, but she is very busy. let me know how things go, and best of wishes

Hi Crystal. My name is Missy. I also live here in Searcy, AR. I'm new to the area and have an appointment Wednesday with Dr. Gibbs. Do you know anything about him and are you happy with your doctor? I'm just not sure if I need to go to Little Rock for the lap band. I would prefer to stay here in Searcy if possible. Thanks....

Alas, I was on vacation and missed the meeting again this month! How did the meeting go? Was the clothing exchange successful? Are there any thoughts on another exchange anytime soon?
