Oh Ann, you are too sweet!  Yes, this is a road  well traveled, for sure, but good wishes, positive thoughts and prayers are always welcome.

I have to be at the surgical center at 7:30, surgery @ 9:30, and I'm hoping to home drinking a latte by
1:00....we'll see

Are they the ones like you brought me from Wal-Mart?  Those are only good for the D &K in them, as they are calcium carbonate. I munch on them "just 'cause".

Thanks for the well wishes. Glad your computer is feeling better too!

My internet has been down since Monday afternoon so I'm just now catching up on all of your suggestions...THANKS EVERYONE!!!

Wendy #2 & Tiny Big Chief, ya'll were right.  My calcium petites are only 400 each. Dingbat! But I did buy try one of the chewable s/f chocolate thingies last night and it didn't make me gag or get "stuck" like I feared, so I'll try those.  Now...How many of THOSE little buggers should I we try to get down every day?!?!

Ok, I need some advice.

What do you eat for breakfast?

My day goes like this:

I get up at 4am, get ready for work, take my medicine, drink a protein shake, leave my house about 5:30am.
I am at wor****il 3:30 or 4pm.
I get home around 4:30 or 5pm, walk (at a speed of 3 to 3.5 mph) between 1.5 to 2 miles every day on my Bowflex Treadclimber, yet I don't seem to be losing any weight.

I am using the Chike Nutrition shake mix that was recommended by Dr. Luttrell before I leave home,  but by 8am I am starting to get hungry.

Do you think my band is adjusted right?

I had my first fill on July 3rd.

Not boring at all.

You said you've been working hard enough to get sore muscles, talked about shopping, told us you're getting your annual blood work done, which means your surgiversary it coming up. You have a typical teenager, enough energy to plant a garden.....See, not boring at all!

Now, what did you put the hot oil on

Another long day here. Getting my nails done before work, then will be there until at least 7:00. Will come home and do a load of laundry to get that caught up before tomorrow, and probably change the linens on the bed. Love clean sheets, especially when I don't feel well.

That's about all I have. Gotta get going too!

Hugs to all

Good morning all.  TGI Wednesday.  I am so sore from working on the kiddo's room at night after work.  Do ya think our 16 y/o will appreciate all our hard work?  I'll be happy with a "Cool", lol.  We're going to pick out a new bed for him after work today.  See Susan, only boring stuff to say but I'm still here.  I was actually glad to see the rain for our garden's sake anyway.  I'm getting all my annual blood work done after work today too.  I hope it all looks ok.  I think I should be ok on the Calcium.  My I put a hot oil treatment on it and it looks a little better.  Gotta go and hop in the shower and hit the road.  Have a good day all.

Darlin' what's with that toe??? Is it from too much walking?? Or, badly cut toenail?? Sure hope it's better soon, but glad you were able to spend some time doing something you really enjoy in the mean time.

One of my clients went to see "Wicked" a couple of weeks ago and raved about it. Wish I could have gone!

Sam talked about doing the track with you when he was in the salon today. Good for you for getting him out there!  Besides, it's nice to have company.
