I was thinking about it when I came home last night from work and found a ENTIRE VENDOR CASE of my favorite protein bar that comes from Aldis on my kitchen counter. My dad had bought them for me. I talked to him this morning and he told me that I owed him nothing. He also along with my aunt paid for my operation with cash. These people helped me start my life over again and I will be forever grateful for it. Try and do something special this upcoming weekend or next week for someone in your life who has supported you through your weight loss journey in whatever way, albeit money, physical support, mental or just being a good all around friend.

Mornin all!

Took the boy to school and ran some errands bout to hit the shower and run some more errands, lucky me!  We have a friend having knee surgery at noon and gonna check on him.  Tonight will be a lazy night and promised my husband some chinese food.  Tomorrow we take the step daughter to ASU and help drop her off.  I go to work Sunday afternoon at 4 and get off at 2 am Monday.  The rest is laundry and dishes and currently making my favorite.........tuna salad for sandwiches on the road tomorrow.  Hope everyone has a safe and enjoyable weekend.

Best Wishes

TGIF everyone!!!
Not sure what we are doing this weekend, but the weather sure is going to be fine. I'm sure we will do some outside stuff. Great weather for those early morning walks I do. I usually go about 8 in the morning, but when it is already 80 at 8 in the morning, I don't go. Have to do the treadmill which is not near so interesting.
I think we will probably do some yard work and work in the garage straightening it up....grrrrrr!!!!

Good for you!  I think I might mow the yard, too. Conditions have to be just right for me to do it, otherwise, it's Gary's job...LOL

Wow, this stinks, Sybul!

Maybe all of your bad stuff is coming this week and you'll be in the clear for a long time!  Let's hope so!

I used to work the 3-11 shift and would meet my friends around midnight for drinks and dancing. Just enough time to have some fun, not enough to get into too much trouuble....hehehe
