I need to find a support group. My dr is 4 hours away and so is his support group meetings. They are on tues one week and thurs of the next. But I can't get up there and back for work the next day. Is there any around Searcy or center AR that aren't so far? That wouldn't mind have pt of other doctors?
Any help would be much appreciated.

How could anyone stay inside on such a beautiful day?? Good for you for getting out twice! Don't overdo it, listen to your body. If you can get out like that now, you're doing great. Fluids are tough this early out, but just keep plugging alonng and you'll be fine.

hello everyone, I had my lapband done on Thursday and now I am trying to get my liquids in...i have been out walking two times this morning and it is such a beautiful day outside! I am a bit sore and weak at times but I'm doing ok so far... I wish you all a wonderful day ~Denise~

Then....we will have a speaker at the October meeting. A drug rep will be talking about the new delivery system for B-12 supplementation. She is very interesting and will have lots to talk about in regards to this essential vitamin.
