Topic: New here.. looking for a doctor in LR area...
I'm new here. There is a wealth of information on this board. I am looking for a doctor in the LR area. Will you  all share your doctor/ pros cons about that doctor.

I know my insurance will not cover The Welborne Clinic. They are out of network for me.

They will cover Dr Gibbs, Dr Fuller and Dr Luttrell. I have not checked on any others. I am wanting a good doctor for lap band.
Thanks so much!

Topic: WALKTOBER
follow the link to a walking program. there are fees involved if you wish to sign up. They range from 4 bucks to 19.
I thought this might be a cool option for some who may not be runners or who may want a way to log their walking.

Was tthis person at the walk? If so I met her. I was not really impressed with the fact that she told me my sublingual is not a good source of B12.....hmmm must be my levels have been normal for the last few years my endo has drawn my blood. I understand she is pushing her prooduct. She asked how much I pay for the tabs...I said about 5 bucks a month depending where I buy them. She did say the cost may be covered by ins. So I dont know how much it is in general and she could not tell me when I asked.

Oh I did call Dr Bakers office and filled out the online info about being seen for followup. I did that on Monday....I have never heard back. I am tired of messing with the drs here. I may just go to Boston......good excuse to vacation. lol

wow Nancy....I almost fell outta my chair when I saw you were topless.....lol

I am here.....not sleeping much. Been helping 2 babies (kittens) stay as comfortable as possible as they sadly are not going to make it. I am sick of the loss of my babies. They all live outside and usually momma is too young to be havin them...or the dogs get them. One died friday and the other is slowly going. They are just too young.

I dont have alot to say. I get into the quiet mood as the seasons change. I have been taking my vit d and soaking up the natural stuff too. I have made it a point to be outside 20 mins minimum everyday this week.

I am going to job hunt this week...excpet Tuesday as I have to take my 20 yr old to hopefully get her license. She failed it at 18 and has been busy with work and has never went back. My puberty stricken son is about to drive me nuts with his smart mouth and constant comments about me being short...lol

oh well the life of a mother is not always daisies and brownies....

as fall is here I look through my magazines and see cute fall fashion and home crafty ideas....I really need a job. We have to go to the pumpkin patch and get our pumpkins. That will be the extent of our decorations. Usually at christmas we decorate outside but the cats play hell with everything, We dont even put up a tree because my siamese likes to climb it.

Thats about all here in Marion.
Hope all is well in your neck of the woods.

My Susan!  You are a busy one!!!
I soaked up some vitamin D today and enjoyed every minute!  Went topless in the Jeep (That's the Jeep topless, not me)  I absolutely LOVE this weather!
I did a little shopping, got a pair of jeans, a sweater and a shirt.
Also got a new game for the Wii.  It's like a personal trainer.  I've only "played" it for about an hour, but I was sweatin' the whole time, so I think I'm gonna like it. Hope everyone is well!

HELLO EVERYONE

I turned 38 today and I am being lazy with my husband lol.  He made me breakfast and we are watching football, headed for a bubble bath and thinking of going to look for some overalls!!!!! LOL

Tonight I have a function at church and next weekend we will be in LR, staying at the same hotel I did last time when I met up with Susan then, we are going to BOSCO's for a beer competition judging thingy Bill is involved in, me just along for the ride.

It is beautiful I sat outside with the doggies earlier and game them some treats, my life is amazing and February will be 3 years out for me.

The career front sucks but everything else is in balance, lol, crazy how life works huh.

Hoping to start thinking of plastics in the next year if money works out the way we are planning.

Happy Saturday and fall, I got my Halloween decorations out this week and will try and take some pics and post.

Gotta work on the Fall wardrobe this weekend too, I started getting cold already this week.

Love ya'll

My gosh Susan, you'll be wore out by the time your company gets there. But I know how it goes. Gotta have everything just so so.
We are having a cookout this evening. Gonna fire up the old fire pit in out in the front and roast hot dogs and marshmallows!!! I'm sure there will be coffee to go around because it is going to get pretty chilly. But that's the whole point of having it this time of year. To set around a fire, bundled up in warm clothes and drink coffee..Gotta run to town to the grocery store.
I gotta go get me some sweat pants. Here it is chilly in the mornings and I don't have a pair of sweat pants to fit.  YEA!!!!
You all have a good weekend!

Don't forget our monthy support group meeting at Baptist Hospital on Thursday, Oct. 15  6:00-7:30.

We will be having a guest speaker from Strativa Pharmaceuticals talking about vitamin B-12 and the new nasal spray delivery system. Should be very informative.

Please plan on attending. I miss those who haven't been there for a while!!!

Susan

Just a quick drive by....lots to do this weekend. Two weeks to the big arrival of the two sisters in law, lots to do around the house to get ready. We have to dismantle the SaintBella area in the guest room and turn it back into what it's supposed to be. The bed needs to come in from the garage, and jeeze...I just realized I think I tossed out the bed skirt and comforter when I took the bed down. Crap.

Oh well. Not much I can do about it now.

Anyway, paint trim to finish, mulch in the flower beds out front, grocery lists to make, shopping to do...too much to think about. So...........I'll be stopping in when I can.

Rhonda, hope you're feeling better soon. Peaches, hope your little one is better, too!
Tammy, are you sleeping yet?

Everyone else.....where the heck are you?

Love and hugs!

Susan
