I'm really tired, so I'm just dropping in for a second.

Mom decided a month or so ago to have plastic surgery.  I agreed to do it with her.  (Why not?  I want my clothes to fit better and I'm sick of muffin top and saggy boobs.) 

Mom's surgery was today.  It took longer than expected, so I was a little freaked by the end of the day when I still hadn't heard from my dad.  But it turns out that it was just a little more difficult than they had anticipated - so the surgery took longer than they had told us it would.  But it's all good. 

She is REALLY out of it (even still hours later), but she's fine! 

My surgery is a week from today (11/19/09).  I'm nervous because I've always heard and even read (in actual medical texts, not just some magazine or something) that plastic surgery is the most painful surgery a person can have next to orthopedic surgery.  But, I know I'll end up loving it.

I miss everyone so much.

KT, Peaches daughter just called and she's out of surgery. They removed a mass the size of a grapefruit from her chest. She is in ICU now, so I won't be able to go see her for a couple of days. But, when I do, I will let  you all know.

Rhonda should be going home from the hospital today. Respiratory stuff again. Poor gal, seems everything under the sun and the rain is finding her lately. Hopefully she'll let us know when she's home safe and sound.

We sure can!  Peaches is having her surgery at noon today, so I'd like to pop in and see her before the meeting....it would only be for a minute.

What time at Bux????  Bux first, then run up to see how Peaches is doing, then back down to the meeting????
