Hey Mama,
Hope you are continuing to improve. Looks like our lil family here is really busy this time of year, as no one posts much anymore. I have been ill as well, but am on the mend.
Hope that God continues to bless you daily and your strength improves by the hour. Im still pretty much on lock down as I have NO immune system, and the weather is so cold, I have to be careful so as not to land back in Baptist.
Hope today is beautiful for you as you are to me!!

I think I'm bringing broccoli & cheese bread pudding, but the jury's still out on that one. I'm with you Susan...it's not all about the desserts...although, those are a big plus!

I'm bringing turkey/cream cheese/raspberry pinwheels. Decided I didn't want to let the pre-ops see that it's all about remaking desserts! And, I figured there would be plenty of those there anyway.

I am going to have the same problem when it comes to brownies. It's the smell and taste of them that seems to be over powering ( makes you lose your mind, it's the chocolate thing) but if the hang in there and see the results of not eating that brownies.( a slimmer body).....You will never want one again. Hang in there girl ..fight the power of the brownies.

Just wanted to say Im home AGAIN from a stay in Little Rock Baptist. Went in for lung issues and then the kidneys wanted to get a lil hinky. Lots of crap in my body dont know what to do, but we will figure it out one day at a time. Love to all of you, hope so talk to you soon, I wont be at the mixer next Thursday due to germs and I have NO immune system on the steroids. Hope you all have a great holiday season, just greatful to be alive here!!

Hello All, just sticking my head in the door to say hi and bring y'all up to date. They changed my pain meds 3 times. The hydrogen made me nausea so they said take aleave and it made me throw up, so the darvacet seems to be working. Yesterday was the first day since I have been home from the hospital that I stayed awake all day. I thought today was going to be a better day until I sneezed. i thought my chest was exploding. So back to the couch with pain meds in hand. I hope everyone is getting into the holiday season.
