sure!

saintbella.etsy.com

not all of the products are there. In fact, I think we have more NOT on etsy than on. Please don't be scared off by the lack of feedback, people aren't very good about going back in after a transaction and posting one.

Topic: RE: Don't forget.....meeting/party Thursday night
Hello,
We just got in this morning. Will be in for a few days.
John's mother is the hospital, just diagnosed with acute leukemia. She started the 1st of some baby kemo today. She decided to try it and see how it goes. Her 1st reaction was to not do kemo at all.
Her brother passed away yesterday morning. He had been bedridden for several years. So we will be in for visitation & funeral services this weekend.
I had notice you were all having a holiday party this month a few weeks ago but assumed we would be on the road. I would love to come to another meeting (the food sounds great, maybe "too" good). I eat a lot of soup and HMR meals on the road.
Would you tell me again what time does the post-op meetings start?
I also haven't a clue as what I could bring. Is it suppose to be finger food? Only thing at this moment that pops into my head isn't finger food, crock-pot of low fat/high protein chili. I can probably come up with something else after some thought though.
I don't cook much anymore. Don't eat enough and not home enough.
Libby............ happily losing!

Ann,
So sorry to hear this news.  I am praying that all goes well, and that you stay well and healthy thru all of this.  I have been sick so much this year, that I always tell the caretaker to be careful.  So many times they are forgotten.  Those of you who take care of us wear out as well.  Take care of you as you take care of Charles.
Hope that all is well, enjoy your time together w/family, even if its not in the cir****tances you want them to visit!!
Hugs and love and prayer going your way,
Rhonda D.

No there is never a good time for this to happen but you deal with it one day at a time. And we are very optimistic right now. The liver/spleen test showed no indication that it has spread to those two areas, so we are very pleased with that.
He is having the surgery done here in Hot Springs at National Park Medical Center. His surgeon is a lady named Adrian Martin. We really liked her a lot. Another thing we are pleased about is that she will be doing the surgery laproscopically(sp?).  Who knew you could do that kind of surgery that way? We sure didn't. But we were very happy about it because it will cut down significantly on recovery time. He will be in the hospital for 5 to 7 days. ICU for the first couple days just as a precaution. My mom died of colon cancer, so I'm really praying that we caught this early. Charles had a colonoscopy five years ago and there was nothing at all there. So this has happened in just the last five years. So I'm hoping that is good news.
I may not be on here very much next week, but when I get the chance I will let you guys know what is going on and how he is doing and I am doing....lol. I'm not sure they have wireless internet at the hospital, so I may have to wait till I'm home at some point to let you guys know.

Anyway, thanks for the prayers and all. I do appreciate it very much. I always know I can come here and talk about stuff without the condescending crap you get from other people who just don't get it. Ya'll take care and luv you guys!!!!

Topic: Devestated!!!!
Hey gang,
Im not here alot, but I wanted to enlist the prayers of my family.  Fordyce recieved the news yesterday that one of its major job sources will be closed permanently.  Georgia Pacific made the announcement yesterday that it will not be reopening at all.  They have been shut down for 3 months and will not reopen. They did give their employees 2 months severance pay and reinstated health and dental for 2 more months.
Its just so hard, b/c we are a small town, and our town was built around this industry.  It will not only affect the ones who worked there, but the loggers that delivered to them, etc.  The trickle down effect will be huge.  In this time of tough economy, we could only hope it would remain open and carry on, no such luck.
I hope that everyone remembers every day to be thankful for what income we do have, even if we feel it is not enough.  God will provide, its just a big hard blow!!
