Support Groups??

Anyone know of any support groups near Searcy, or ANY that meet during the morning or early afternoon within 75 miles of Searcy? As part of the behavior modification requirement for my insurance and for my own support needs I'd really like to find one!! I plan to have Lap Band as soon as the insurance gives the approval.
