I don't know if you remember the Texan girl.....

It's been forever since I posted on OH, but I had my surgery 13 mos ago and had some minor post op complications and a HUGE bout (about 6 months) with depression and the regular adjustment that comes with losing 90 lbs. I havent lost any weight in the last four months, but I have started becoming very physically active, working out at Curves and walking on a frequent basis. My weight loss has slowed due to the fact that I have been grazing and have been eating foods high in sugar and bad carbs. My calorie count I'm sure has been pretty high. Well, I wanted to update anyone out there *****members the girl from Texas who adopted the Arkansas messageboard as her home state board. I have been gone a long time and don't recognize a lot of your names but I bet some of you read and don't write much....
