Hi everyone... Anyone here use Dr. Wellborn? Yesterday I had the Psycho evaluation and have my paperwork filled out and ready to send in to him for my meeting with him but I have found it very difficult to reach them for questions my PCP has had about the tests they require for Medicare acceptance. Like many people on the board financially this surgery is a nightmare I'm glad to have Medicare. Can't believe I'm saying that at 34 and I know they don't pay for any of the cosmetic surgery I'll probably need if I'm successful in my WLS but I know it's the only way I'll ever get this weight off. So I was wondering how long does it usually take to make the surgery list after being okay'd from the Brain docs and your class/meeting with your surgeon? The process of testing for all the Medicare required things seem to have taken forever and it makes me wonder if the surgical end is long and involved too. I Know I sound impatient and I probably am extremely but for me the sooner the better, you know, the worry and wait being harder to think of than the actual surgery and recovery.
