Need some ideas on loans or where to start on ARk Rehab

Hello all, I've been out of the loop for a long while. I got so discouraged because nothing was going my way for getting the surgery paid for as I have no insurance. And medicaid requires unpaid medical bills but no one will do the surgery without prior medicaid approval so that don't help. I'm now considering a loan through special loan services for this type thing. Even though my credit isn't good they still say they would approve, OR SUPPOSED TO, let me put it that way. Has anyone tried this method and what company did you use if so? Also, those of you going through Arkansas Rehab Services, what is the contact information? I haven't a clue where to start on finding the RIGHT contact information strictly for this service. I would greatly appreciate your help and I look forward to hearing from you.....I've been out of the loop so long not even sure I even have my profile page anymore....meaning my webpage to post on.....guess I'll go check now....
