Just an update on me
Hey All Arkansans!!!
Well I'm a little more than 4 months post op. I started at 237, just weighted this morning and am down to 178. That's a loss of 59lbs. I can't tell you the last time I weighed in the 170's, probably better than 15yrs. I'm so glad I had this surgery done, I've conquered so many mile stones that I just can't believe it. For example:
I can grocery shop with out being in alot of pain, or any pain at all for that matter.
I can sit on the floor and get up now with no difficulty
I walked the streets of Cozumel last weekend with NO difficulty at all!
I think ya'll get the pic.....Well anyway, I just wanted to share with success with you.
Good luck to all of you embarking on this journey.
