Has anyone dealt with BC of california????

Hello all, it's me again. I have to know.........Has anybody here dealt with Blue Cross of california? Are they hard to approve or pretty easy. Please tell me what to expect. Thanks, Cassandra

I have the PPO plan through them and they paid for mine. I had to show bmi > 40 or >35 with co morbidities. The approval process took about a month. Dr. Baker's office was great at pushing it though. Good luck! Joy
