I NEED INSURANCE HELP !!!!!

Well, how is everyone i've been reading in here for a long time just now joining and posting though so i'm a newbie, my employer negotiated this as an exclusion on our insurance so they will not cover this procedure, does anyone in the Conway, Little Rock area know of any specific employers or bussinesses that have insurance that will cover this procedure, and I will try to get a job there for the insurance "LOL" i've gotta try something, any feedback or advice would be appreciated, feel free to e-mail me, Thanks. I know that Lowe's ins covers it. I have a friend who lives in R'vlle and works there. She says that several of her co-workers have had it. Denise Fort Smith
