AR Rehabilitation

Hello all! I have been considering the surgery for a while now and have decided to do it. However, I have no insurance. I have heard talk about AR Rehabilitation Services and wondered if anyone could give me any info about that or how to go about the first steps of my process. I still want to do this even if I have to do self-pay. I went to a seminar last month, but sadly they gave little information for those interested in the surgery. I am hoping to see Dr. Baker as I have heard such wonderful things about him. Any feedback would be wonderful.
