I got approved!

I have been approved. I don't think that my surgeon Dr. Corbin even knows yet, I have been checking my insurance status online everyday and today there it was.....in 6 working days. yea! Reference/Auth # number and all.. I sure copied that, don't want to give them a chance to change there minds. Status: Approved 43846 => GAST RESTRIC W/BYP; SHORT ROUX-EN-Y Now I really can relate to the Frightened but Happy mixed feelings. Thank you everyone for your support. Rita

Rita: I am so happy for you. I can remember the feelings that you are having right now, but it is soooo worth it. I had surgery last July and have lost 128 pounds at last weigh in. I only weigh once a month at Curves, because I was driving myself and everyone else crazy doing it every morning!! Just do what the doctor says and you will be fine. I only wish that I had had this surgery years ago. Remember that a lot of this surgery is between your ears. You have to be ready to change your attitude towards a lot of things - mostly food. If you are like I was I lived to eat and now I eat to live and live to shop. It is so much fun to go into a shop and look for 12 and 14 instead of 32. Yeah! Way to go! This is the beginning of a new life for you. I had my surgery last May and have lost 105 pounds and like everyone else wished I had done it years ago. It's great to wear a size 8!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Glenn Gay Springdale
