any words of wisdom???

Hello. I am 16 months post op and I have an appointment with the plastic surgeon on the 21st of this month to takl about a tummy tuck and anything else he thinks i need. Does anyone have any good advice or suggestions that I should ask the surgeon? I am more nervous about a tummy tuck than I was about the bypass? I have gone from a size 24 down to a size 8-10, total loss of 117 pounds. Thanks for your help and god bless
