Dr. Wellborn

Hi All! Has anyone had their WLS by Dr. Wellborn? He's doing my surgery on March 10, and I'm really looking forward to being on the losing side. Thanks Cathi

I DID NOT USE DR. WELLBORN BUT A FRIEND DID ....HE HAS LOST OVER A 100 LBS AND NEVER HAS HAD ANY PROBLEMS... I USED DR. BAKER WHICH THEY ARE IN THE SAME OFFICE... HE IS WONDERFUL.. I HAD MY SURGURY NOVEMBER 29 2004, I HAVE LOST 73 1/2 LBS. IT HAS BEEN THE BEST THING I HAVE EVER DONE FOR MYSELF. I WISH YOU THE BEST OF LUCK.

Susan, Thanks for writing. I'm getting really excited about having the surgery, along with a little apprehensive, which I know is normal. I met with Dr. Wellborn last week, and he seems great. I just want everything to turn out really good. I've got about 110 to lose, although I would be QUIT thrilled if I only lost 60-70. Thanks again, Cathi
