BENTONVILLE-ROGERS AREA support group?

Hi,anyone go to any support groups?What are they like?Im needing help staying on track.This month makes a year out for me but i have not lost any since november.My total loss has been 98 pounds.Is there a book I could get to keep me going?Thanks teresa

Teresa You and I are almost neighbors...I live in Bethel Heights but work in ROgers. I am about 18 mo out and have lost about 85 lbs. But I want to lose another 40 and am having a hard time. I have found out I do not dump and that has been my downfall. Of course I feel much better and look better in a 14/16 than a size 26. But I think I need a hard kick in mt bu** and someone to help me get back on track! Can we compare notes?? D'Etta
