Dec 30th Surgery

I have been reading posts to this board for at least a year and have hardly ever posted but I just had to share my news. After a long fight with CIGNA I have been approved. I need to thank my PCP because without his efforts I would not be approved. His time to make those calls to CIGNA and track down the RIGHT person to talk to made all the difference. I got my approval on 12/21/04 and I am having surgery on 12/30/04. Our CIGNA policy is changing in 2005 to not cover the surgery so I am hving it done on the 30th. Thank you Karen and Dr. Luttrell for getting me into the schedule for surgery. Debra
