I'm still here.

Hey guys, I just wanted to let you know that I'm still here. Ever since the surgery, it hurts to sit in my computer chair very long. It's funny, slumping on the couch doesn't hurt, but sitting up in my chair kills my back after about 2 minutes. I don't know if this is a blessing in disguise or not, since I don't spend near as much time on the computer! The good news is, I've lost 17 lbs!! Melissa

That is great news to here congrats!!!!!!! it was hard for me to sit in the computer chair at frist to. I had my surgery on Dec.7... u are doing great keep up the good work... jennifer
