Anyone have to do a dexamethasone cortisol test?

Evidently, my cortisol level was elevated on my pre-consult bloodwork. Dr. Baker had me take a dose of dexamethasone and have the bloodwork drawn again...evidently, the result was a drop in my cortisol level. Anyone have any idea what this means?
