OCTOBER 29TH PARTY.. BATESVILLE ON TO LITTLE ROCK

CODY'S IN BATESVILLE 8 PM, OR ELECTRIC COWBOY AFTERWARDS AT AROUND 10PM. LET US KNOW. [email protected] I have spoken with Cody today, and since we have to assume that not many are going to meet us for the eat, and greet.. Anyone wanting to eat at Cody's on the 29th will need to show up prior to 8pm and order off the regular menu. I can't assume responsibility for unsaid amounts of meat, and without a head count or no positives we are coming.. This is how we will have to plan it, if I don' t have some sort of head count BY THURSDAY!!!! I hate that this will be this way, and everyone will show, and talk, I will wait around til about 8:30pm then I am heading out to Little Rock on Friday. We have a public service announcement running on the radios, and this week it comes out in the Arkansas Weekly. We will know better if we have any type of headcount.. Please note that those who have told us (which aren't many) we appreciate the notice of either yeah or no. You have been taken into the count, but also note, that with things going as they are right now, we can't have our afterhours, it will not pay them to stay.. The $7.00 was for a variety of the meats they serve, he was going to put it buffet style, NOT ALL YOU CAN EAT, that would allow us a taste of everything.. It would be a whole plate for $7.00. Please.. Don't think I am bugging you folks, and I dont' want to annoy anyone, just hard to have something when not all the folks will let us know. there were so many wanting to do this, and now NOTHING!!!.. I just don't get it.. Toodles PS. LAST CALL FOR THE AFTERHOURS HEADCOUNT WILL BE ON THURSDAY THIS WEEK, CALL ME, OR EMAIL ME. AFTER THAT.. I WILL TAKE WHATEVER I HAVE TO THERE AND MAKE THE DESICION. NOTE THAT THIS WILL NOT EFFECT LITTLE ROCK IN ANYWAY. THAT IS ON FOR WHOMEVER WISHES TO JUST SHOW UP.. THERE IS NOT A HEADCOUNT NEEDED FOR THAT. UNLESS YOU NEED A HOTEL ROOM WITH US, THEN I WILL NEED SOME IDEA OF HOW MANY FOLKS WILL WANT ROOMS.
