Has anyone heard from .............

Has anyone other than Melissa heard from Dr. Gibbs office? We both attended his Sept. 20th seminar. I'm so glad she has a date for surgery! I'm still waiting to hear if they sent my info to my insurance. I'm hoping they have, although when I called the ins. company, they said they have not received it. Just wondering if anyone else has heard from Carrie, his nurse? Thanks, Charlene
