OK ALL I NEED HELP
Thanks Julia,
I talked with my worker to day and I am "only" 54 BMI and he/her said that even though I "qualify" that AR Rehab really doesn't want to pay for the procedure for anyone ....off the record of course.... He/She has tried to get 2 other people approved for the operation and it just doesn't happen. He/She said they consider it to spendy, YET.... I REPEAT YET!! they are paying for me to go back to school and they are paying 5,784 dollars for that, OMG THATs, THATS... as saving of less then 300 dollars. GOOD GREIF GIVE ME TOLERANCE
I don't know what to do now. I hate being so heavy my back, hips and knees are giving out on me. And of course the doctor has a program for me if i'll do it.... sure i'll do it, if they can wave the 700 mth it costs . mmm, didn't think so.
Tee Gee,
Hello I'm Debbie, Arkansas Rehab told me the samething. I got my BMI up to 55 which is what it needs to be to Qulify. And I was also told they weren't approving the surgery. But guess what? they paid for my surgery!! I rasied 9 kinds of Hell!! My relitives also called the main guy in little rock. His name is John Wyvill. And they hadn't even recieved the paper work. So my counciler wasn't really truthful. And they even had me listed in the wrong catagory. So don't give up!! you can find his e-mail and phone # on the web. Just search Arkansas Rehabiltiation. And there home page has him on it.
Hope this helps Hugs Debbie Moya
