questions

does anyone know if you can take like anitflamatory medicine or alieve ??? I am almost 7 weeks out and my knees hurt some when I really walk alot and my foot my bone spur is hurting still. if anyone can answer .. tina

No, only Tylenol or some prescription pain meds. I had a bone spur in my heal and had a steroid shot in it and it helped get rid of the pain for 6 months or so even though they said it would only last for 6-8 wks. Maybe you could do this. After you lose some more weight your spur should feel better. I don't feel mine at all anymore. I hope you feel better soon. I know how painful they are. Good Luck. Erin
