hey tina, sorry that your having a bummer of a day, but this to will pass. i love peach tea, you can get crystal light, or great value from wal-mart it is just as good put a lot cheaper, like 1.68 a tub. also have you tried fruit2o, it's pretty good. it is in the water section at wal-mart. i hope this helps, take care. hugs, amanda
Tina,
Try splenda in your tea. It's incrediable how much it takes like sugar. It's more expensive than sweet n low, but much better. How about coffee, any luck there. I put my powdered protein in that twice a day and it's almost like a treat for me...almost. Hope this helps in some small way. Hang in there, it does get better.
Hugs,
Bobbi
Tina, sorry about your bad day. We've all had them. My biggest problem was finding something to drink. Water tastes yucky after a while and I've tried everything I could find that wasn't carbonated. I like Crystal lite and there are a lot of flavors. But what I found I like the best is a lemon-berry slush from Sonic. Takes me about 30 to 45 minutes to drink a small one and I don't eat the berries but it sure satisfies my thirst. Not drinking the diet cokes was what I missed the most!
Have a better day!

Hi Tina
(((((HUGS)))))
For the first few weeks after my surgery, I was in a BAD mood, depressed, disgusted with everything! Greatful to have had the surgery, but that didn't change the fact that I was PISSED that I was so limited in what I could consume.
It WILL get better, just hang in there!!! I thought I would never get used to it, but now at 4 months out, I can't imagine eating or drinking like I used to!! It's amazing how you adjust.
