hey debbie, girl i am really struggling with food right now. i am eating stuff that i know i shouldn't be. i haven't lost any weight in 3 weeks, help! how are you staying on your eating plan, and are you cheating.girl it's getting harder the father out i get. any advice i would love, hugs, amanda

Hey Guy's, I eat mostly protein and don't eat Rice, potatoes or bread. I also exercise a lot at least 6 day's a week. I eat about 4 ounces a meal. I eat 4-6 times a day. And I drink plenty of Liquid Hope this helps. Hugs Debbie Moya Dr. Baker 9/22/03 354/160/147
