Morning Nausea
When I get up in the morning I feel OK, but after I go for a walk I start feeling slightly sick to my stomach. As soon as I start eating breakfast, (eggs or hot cereal) I start feeling sick to my stomach.
I found I can't drink water when I first get up so I drink kool-aid.
I tried drinking CIB instead of eating food, but couldn't take more than a few sips.
I have to force myself to eat my breakfast and feel like I'm going to get sick with each bite.
Any advice?
If you can tolerate crackers, try a cracker or peanut butter and cracker. That is one of the only things I can eat for breakfast. I also can not drink anything first thing in the morning and eat very little for breakfast. I am 10 months out. The nausea will get better with time. Just remember, sometimes what you do/eat/drink today is not what you can do later that day or even tomorrow.
Hang in there.
