Morning Nausea

When I get up in the morning I feel OK, but after I go for a walk I start feeling slightly sick to my stomach. As soon as I start eating breakfast, (eggs or hot cereal) I start feeling sick to my stomach. I found I can't drink water when I first get up so I drink kool-aid. I tried drinking CIB instead of eating food, but couldn't take more than a few sips. I have to force myself to eat my breakfast and feel like I'm going to get sick with each bite. Any advice?

Connie, Hate to hear about the Nausea. I also had Nausea. Dr. Had perscribed me something for Nausea. He said he doesn't want you to throughup this early. So Be carful. Call the Dr. and tell them so they can help with that. Hugs Debbie Moya Dr. Baker 9/22/03 354/164/147

If you can tolerate crackers, try a cracker or peanut butter and cracker. That is one of the only things I can eat for breakfast. I also can not drink anything first thing in the morning and eat very little for breakfast. I am 10 months out. The nausea will get better with time. Just remember, sometimes what you do/eat/drink today is not what you can do later that day or even tomorrow. Hang in there. Denise Baker 9/29/03 246/138/125ish
