-199 in 11Mo. can I get that other pound off by the 30th?

I can not believe I will be 200 pounds lighter WOW I am hoping to get this pound off by the 30th of this mo. that will be my 1 yr. Ann. I am now weighing 182 pounds I am amazed how well this weight loss surgery has worked for me.

Way to go Janine. I know you are excited. Do you go to the First Baptist Church in Newport? My aunt keeps telling me about a young lady in their church who had weight loss surgery and how great she is doing. I think I've asked you before if you knew her but her name is Peggy Stephens. She is very attractive, tall, white hair and is about 70 years old - but does not look it. Anyway, I'm proud for you. I'm a month tomorrow and down 36. I am now doing water aerobics and walking a mile so hopefully, by 11 months I'll have my 100 pounds off. My first goal is 40 pounds by July 11th as I have to go to Little Rock for a week long convention that I am chairman of. Can't wait for my friends to see me then. I won't see some of them again until November and some again next July. Won't they be surprised?! Again, I'm very proud and happy for you. You go girl! Glenn Gay Springdale
