-194 pounds in 11 mo.

I am so happy. I have now lost -194 pounds I weigh 187 pounds and started out at 381 YIKES! I am in a size 10/12 in misses I never imagined it would work so well and so quick I am loving life. I am going to Liberty Land this weekend YES!!

WooooooooHoooooooooo Janine!!!! You are so inspirational! I hope that one day I can post that I've lost 194 pounds!!! I have over 200 lbs to lose, and it seems like it is completely out of reach......and then I read the boards and see others doing it, so I KNOW it is possible.
