i am so happy, i weighted this morning and i am down 100 lbs. i have been on a plataue from hell, i am 7.5 months out. i still have about 20 lbs. left to go and i may not get there. so for everyone on a plataue it will eventually break, of course it might take 3 weeks like mine. god bless - amanda
