Has anyone dealt with AR. medicare/medicaid?

My insurance companies are Arkansas Medicare & Medicaid. Does anyone have any information about them as far as WLS is concerned? Can we call them to find out if they have gotten our paper work? Does anyone have the 800 number for them? I live in Russellville and will be using Dr. Lafoon & St. Mary's hospital. Anyone have any information about either?
