Well, it has been 3 months since my surgery on 1-26-04. I am down 67lbs and feeling much better! I have not lost a lb. in 2 weeks. I knew this was going to happen and it really hasn't bothered me yet. I know I will get back to losing. I even expected this to happen before now. Okay, that's it...hello all...Bonnie Graham and Joy Cook....Ladies how are you doing....Dodi you too. I haven't been posting much but I do read to make sure all of you are doing well. Debbie...girl, you are an inspiration!! I am glad the work up you had done came back fine....take it easy next time. Love to all! Angela Pruitt open rny 1-26-04 Dr. Baker -67

Angela, Hello this is Debbie. Thank you so much for the kind words. I know how you feel about The whole plateau Thing. I've hit so many of them it is unreal, But I still alway's start to lose again. I've been at 190 Lbs. for about 2-3 weeks. So its just another wait. But My pant sizes are getting smaller!!!! Hugs Debbie Moya Dr. Baker 354/190/147

Hi Angela! It is so good to hear from you Angela. You are doing super!!! I think I am at my first plateau also. Surgery was on 4/5/04 and I have been holding at -40.5 lbs for several days now. I did some traveling and found that trying to get in the protein and fluids was difficult during that time. I flew out to Colorado and drove back. Either way it was not easy to eat or drink the way I should have. Let us hear from you more often Angela!!! God bless you Dodie

You are doing SO GREAT!!! I am thrilled for you. I am losing VERY slowly, but feeling good. As of today, I am down 38 in 2 1/2 months. But that is within 5 lbs or so of where I expected to be, so I am OK with it. I find that when I get stuck, adding protein helps to get the scales moving again. If I can keep dropping 8-10 lbs a month for the next 6 months, I will be thrilled. So glad to hear it is going well! Joy -38
