To all up coming post-ops
Hey Guy's I just wanted to say to get ready because you are in for one heck of an experiance. It is Painful I wont lie. But it is great!!!!
You will all do wonderful. Remember to Walk, Walk, Walk. And when they let you drink take small sips Like 1 oz every 10 min. Do Not gulp or you wil be in for some pain and it will come right back up. So make sure 1 oz every 10 min. and They gave me sugar free popcicles. Ask about them they were life savers. Because they melt slow so you don't get to much liquid at a time. Remember do exactly what your Dr. say's. I still do exactly what Dr. Baker tells me and I'm 7 months out and feel great and have lost 162 pounds and I've gone from a size 4x-5x in shirts and 28-30 plus size pants now I'm in a size Med-Large shirt and a size 12 regular pants. You can all do it. Remember when you can, Try and... No not try. Do get you an exercise program started. This will really help tighten and tone. Of course I have excess skin but I've lost 162 in just 7 months so it's hard to keep up with. But I also have a lot of muscle.
You are all on your way. I'm so happy for you. Everything is about to change, I do mean EVERYTHING. I'm just so excited for you guy's.
Hugs and the best of wishes on your journey's

Debbie you are doing so good. Thanks for the advice. I am having surgery on the 11th this month. I know it will be hard. Ive had a kidney transplant, that was pretty hard. But this is much different im sure. They have forbid me to eat any solid food now. Just clear liquids, i am so hungry. I am sure it is worth it. Right? God bless you for your inspiration.
Crystal,
Man you had an Kidney transplant, I bet you'll do great with the surgery. Who is your surgeon? I wonder why they won't let you eat this early before your surgery. With Dr. Baker I could eat up to 1 day before surgery. And I didn't have to drink any of that grapy stuff either. Well that's where some surgeon's are diffrent. And your right IT IS DEFINATLY WORTH EVERY BIT OF IT.
HUGS TO YOU AND GREAT BLESSINGS ON YOUR JOURNEY.
HANG ON TO YOUR BRITCHES THEY WILL SOON BE FALLING OFF.
