Up date on my little episode

Hey guy's some of you know about last friday. I was at the fitness center and Had some heaviness and pain in chest while working out. The sent me to hospital. I had stress test done wed. and everything is fine. The Dr. said my heart was very strong. When he was doing the test he said can you go up to 4 MPH on tread mill I said of course and it went to 4 MPH. I really wasn't sure if I could or not but I did and he was very Impressed. He said with my health history it was alot better to be safe than sorry. But everything is fine. I told him on wed of that same week I was sick and missed water aerobics so I felt guilty and I worked out twice as hard. He said he thanks I just over did it a little. and when I'm sick give myself a while to get better before doubleing up on it. So see I'm just nut'z Hugs DebDeb Dr. Baker 9/22/03 354/192/147

hey deb, you are doing so great, it seems like i never have time to exercise lately. my grandma just broke her hip and had to have 2 hip surgeries within a week so i have been so busy and then i get my period so that was great. it seems like i will never lose this 25 lbs, that i want to lose. i wish i could afford to join a gym here, but it costs 25.00 to join and 25.00 a month, and right now i can't afford it, so i just walk 2 miles a day and do sit-ups and stuff like that. you keep up the great progress that your doing and don't overdo it. hugs, amanda

Amanda, It's great to hear from you! I hope your grandmother is doing better. I know exactly what you mean about not being able to afford it. If it didn't come out of my check before I get it I wouldn't be able to do it. You are doing great and just keep up the walking and set ups. Sometimes you can do just as much at home. Just get a workout video. They help out a lot. I got one that is by a woman body builder, So it helps me keep my muscle toneup. I'm glad to hear it turned out to be a false alarm! I know you are relieved! Your newest picture looks great, Debbie! You are doing so great! I am losing SO slow. I drop a few lbs then stall for a week or two. It is a bit frustrating, but as long as I get that drop occasionally, I am OK with it. Joy -35 lbs (today makes 2 months for me)

Joy, Your doing great! I did the samething and when I started my exercise program and increased my protien and water it just started droping off. And you do know since we loose so fast that you really need your protien to keep you muscle up and the water helps wash away all those toxins in you system from all the fat your loseing. If you don't get enough water and protien you could have some problems. And When you start your exercise you need to increase protien if you can. Hi Debbie!! I am so very glad you are doing well and to hear your update on your little episode. You are always so encouraging to everyone on this message board and your progress is inspirational.
