STILL FIGHTING WITH INS.

HELLO WELL IT HAS BEEN A WHILE SINCE I HAVE POSTED. I AM STILL FIGHTING WITH MY INSUARNCE COMPANY TO GET THEM TO APPROVE IT , I WROTE A LETTER TO VIC SNYDER AND THEY ARE LOOKING AT IT AND NOW THE INSURANCE COMISSIONER IS HAVING THERE LEGAL LAWYER LOOK AT IT AND THE LAWYER IS APPEALING IT TOO BUT IF THEY NOT APPPROVE THEN THEY ONLY OTHER THING I CAN DO IS GO TO COURT SO I DONT KNOW WHAT WILL HAPPEN JUST WAITING ,. ANYONE CAN GO AND LOOK UP MY PROFILE AND IT SHOULD TELL WHY I HAVE WENT SO FAR IN TRYING TO GET THIS DONE. I GO TO THE FOOT DR TOMORROW BECAUSE I HAVE BONE SPUR IN MY FOOT AND IT IS REALLY BAD WE HAVE TREID MANY DIFFERENT THINGS AND NOTHING HAS WORKED SO FAR. I MAY HAVE TO HAVE SURGERY ON IT SO IF I DO THEN I WILL SO MAYBE I CAN WALK BETTER. ANYONE WITH ANY IDEAS OR SUGGESTIONS. EMAIL ME [email protected]

tina, You hang in there girl. Don't let them tell you what they are going to do. You let them know exaclly what you expect of them as your insurance provider and so document anything I don't care how stupid you think it may be. Stay on there butts. Hang in there Tina. I hope that you prevail and get what you need. I hate it that insurance companies have taken on the role of deciding what medical care is best for us. It is so wrong! If they have the exception clause for MO, and you meet the criteria, then you should have a very good case. I just hope they go ahead with it soon! Joy
