just wanted to say hi to all my october buddies

Hey to all ,kim bettis here just wanted to update to tell all its been 6 months ive lost only 75 lbs and am doing good- i have to have surgery again though in may on the 6th have a huge hernia now but thats okay its part of it doctor gibbs said....but other than that all is wonderful a nd yes.........id do it agian tommorrow ----no regrets at all....well better go hope this finds everyone doing well....pre ops and post ops

hello kim , i'm glad your doing so good, i too would do it over again. i have lost 92 lbs. i have been on a plataue for 3 weeks now, but i'm so glad the scale is moving again. i think these last 30 lbs. will be the hardest. take care, hugs, amanda
